Dr. Jan Casimir Groblewski, MD

Dr. G is wonderful. Super friendly, kind, to the point, caring and punctual. I know my 2 boys are in good hands when they are getting tubes. My 8 month old just received his first set on Monday and there's no one else I would trust to do this!

He and his team made a point to approach their findings with both respect and honestly for what were the variable outcomes for my son's need for an upcoming surgery. They were GREAT on the day of surgery as well with being straightforward and optimistic of the outcomes for my son, 18 months old!

My daughters go to Dr. Groblewski's East Greenwich location. As he is part of a group, it is a very busy office and the waiting room is small. Wait times are long. Other than this, I find the staff extremely courteous despite the heavy workload. I recently had to make an emergency appointment for one of my daughters and the earliest they could get me in was a week away. I made the appointment wishing we could get in earlier and hung up the phone. About a half hour later, the scheduler called me back saying she had two cancellations and asked me if I was willing to come in that Wednesday - it was a Monday when I was calling. Dr. Groblewski is a very kind, personable physician. Even when my daughters are not at their best - as can happen with two year olds - he never seems to be upset by their behavior. He takes the time to answer any questions that I have and I never feel rushed. Also, he has a common sense approach; which, I find extremely refreshing.

There was a 2 hour wait in the waiting room, 45 min wait in treatment room. When Dr came in he looked at the referral records and said our regular Dr did all that could be done and that he would refer us to somebody else. I asked him about the wait time and he said well this is a medical office and you have to expect to wait. I said if I were late for the apt that it would be cancelled and he said no not unless it was more then 15 mins. I said well then why make us wait for nearly 3 hrs and he said that is just the way it is.
