I had sever pain in my lower back and buttocks area. I went to see this doctor. He entered the room, asked me why I am there, left the room, suggest me to have ibuprofen. I have visited other specialist, who at least care to listen the patient and suggest appropriately. While leaving he asked to visit after 2 weeks :)

Dr. Baynes is a straight shooter, which I appreciated. He gave me all the options and explained in an easy to understand manner which would be the best option for my ACL reconstruction. This was my second ACL surgery and was a way better experience (less pain, quicker recovery) all thanks to Dr. Baynes. The staff was great - calling me post-op to see how I was doing and being available if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Baynes and the facility to all my friends and family.

Overall I wasn't satisfied with my experience with this Doctor. The staff doesn't seem like they like there job first of all. The Doctor seems like he is always in a rush. When I made an appointment to see him after another accident happened to me, he didn't even bother to check on my concern even though physically I was worse. I felt unwelcomed and I was in terrible pain.

I have been very happy with the care my family has received from Dr. Baynes. He is very easy to talk to, and explains all options. He does not talk down to you. I would recommend him without reservation, and I have been in the health care profession for over 20 years.

Staff is nasty and doctor never returns call, I have no idea how he runs a practice like that. Don't waste your time going there, already wasted mine.
