Poor customer service you would think you would want good customer service. Not this doctor office.. I will let everyone know

We are really shocked by all of the doctors at this practice. They have provided us with zero literature or advice on having a baby for the first time, and they will never speak with the father at any point. It's even gotten to the point where when the dad asks a specific question every single doctor on a separate occasion has done the same thing - only made eye contact with the mom and disregarded the dad completely, as though he wasn't in the room. Lastly, we have had sonograms done multiple times, and every time they have put the wrong name on the sonogram. If a doctor can't even get the correct name on a sonogram, how are they going to deliver a baby correctly. It takes far too long to get an appointment, the staff at the front desk is rude, and we have a wait time of nearly 20 minutes every time that we have been there. We are finding another doctor presently.

Dr. SCHULMAN is an amazing doctor because of what he did for my daughter when we were very desperate in need of someone who would assure us that everything would be fine .He stood in and assured of us of his readiness to help and that everything would be fine and everything is now fine!

Do not ever go to this "doctor". He messed me up sooo bad that almost 3 years later I am haviing big problems! I was all healthy never had any problems until he delivered my first baby. He came in the last minute literarly to catch the baby, instead of giving me a minute to push one last time he rolled in with his table and tools and cut me all the way through making it a 4th degree episiotomy. I wasn't healing well and went back and complained for a year because I had a horrible discharge all the time. Instead of doing any tests Schulman, Grimm, and Jeffreys kept telling me it was hormonal. But they never even did a blood test to confirm it. Then I got pregnant again and had an mc. Grimm performed a D&C after which I got an infection and was put on antibiotic. My discharge got worse. After another 6 months I went away from them. The other doctor did a culture turned out I had e-coli bacteria and a rectovaginal fistula caused by Schulman's 4th degree cut. I am so mad!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Schulman delivered two of my children 14 years ago and he since has been taking care of me with my GYN needs. Been seeing him for almost 15 years and he's relocated to three different offices. I will not know who to see when he retires. I trust no one, but Dr. Schulman. Very professional, kind sense of humor,and knows when to calm my nerves when I thought I may be dying.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schulman for 10 years. I chose him for my doctor while attending a seminar on fibroids. He is caring and his bedside manner is great! He follows up on results, even has called me at home to report findings. I'm fortunate to have him as my doctor -- he's the best! I would highly recommend him!
