By far the best medical professional I have ever encountered. Very knowledgable and extremely well prepared. Very nice and easy to work with. Exceptionally fast response time and promptness.

I have been taking my elderly parents, mother developing dementia, to see Dr. Gillett for the last two years. They had been very happy with her & I can see why. She listens, she explains, she has a very caring manner & she is very helpful & supportive re: aging issues. I too am shocked by her low ratings & the brief negative comments - doesn't sound like the same doctor we know; makes me wonder what those reviewers expectations were.

I'll have to agree with the other reviewer...I'm not sure why there are all these negative experiences which is prompting me to review. Dr. Gillett has EXCELLENT bedside manner, is very kind and really does want to listen to your health issues which is rare. In fact, one time I had to schedule an appointment with one of her colleagues since she was unavailable and it was a terrible experience. I think the PAMF front desk staff could use some more friendliness but I am very satisfied with Dr. Gillett herself. I certainly don't think she's lazy. If you're going to leave a comment like that at least explain why.

I'm shocked to see a low rating of Dr. Gillett, which is prompting me to write. The first time I saw her I was so used to rushing through appointments that when she asked me questions, I answered using few words. The second time, I realized she really wanted to know and was ready to slow down with me. Very kind, attentive, and warm.
