Dr. Jitendra Vasandani

I felt good about my visit. He listened to me about my problem with numbness in my feet and hands. He examined me and said that he was going to run some test and explained to me about what he had concerns about. I feel that he will be able to find what is going on. It took me a while to get in to see him but it was worth it.

I was referred to Dr. Vasandani by my neurosurgeon. I waited about 3 months to see him. Even thought of trying to get an appointment with someone else. I waited because I have so much faith and trust in the doctor who referred me to my neurosurgeon, whom in turn, scheduled my appointment with Dr. Vasandani.. It is not every day that you find a doctor with such knowledge in his field, and I'm sure others; a doctor who is kind, honest and caring. His lab testing is like no other. He tests in areas you didn't even know you had. I had 24 vials of blood drawn. In the follow up appointment he asked me to sit next to him and explained page by page, sometimes referring to other pages for me to better understand. Amazing is an understatement. I would, blindly, recommend Dr. Vasandani to anyone and everyone. He has now done labs (4 vials) for thyroid issues even though, as he explained, he's not an endocrinologist, but because he had concerns that no one had addressed.

Dr. Vasandani is one of those specialists that is an angel in disguise! Not only does he have extensive knowledge in his area, he takes the time to communicate that knowledge and answer ALL questions, and to top it off, he has the most compassionate heart. He is by far the best specialist that I go to, and I go to many for all my health problems! Also, his PA Lauren is awesome too, and she will talk to Dr. Vasandani if needed. So you are in good hands with both the doc and his PA! That is rare indeed! Highly, highly recommend!

I been seeing Dr Vasandani for about 4 years and even before he started at Grace. He is very personable and professional. At the first he was the only one treating me then he Hired his PA named Luaren Wheeler. My first impression of her was oh she’s nice and sweet but her medical professionalism was horrible. As the months go by I was now only seeing her and not the doctor. I get that the PA’s are there to assist the Dr. with the patients but Lauren would say and go against what Dr Vasandani had discussed with me. Dr Vasandani had a goal for me and it was to go into remission. Lauren told me she knows the Dr wouldn’t say that because there is no such thing for RA patients to go in remission and also told me the biologic medicine I’m taking would give me cancer sooner or later. My mother goes with me to every appointment and this trip had her so upset, worried and sad. Lauren would examine me and then look at me and say it’s weird that u are in pain because there’s no inflammation. I… felt like a lab rat and she was just trying whatever on me. She would just pull up different medicines on the computer and say how about this one. She has to be the worst PA I have ever known. I talked to The Dr about her unprofessional behavior and he promised me I wouldn’t see her again and also said he’s had several complaints. He apologized for her and said she’s just not good with people. I feel that this PA Lauren Wheeler has made a negative impact on The Dr. and he’s just not there no more for his patients and several of his nurses just seem to have lost their passion. I use to feel so comfortable seeing him and the lovely staff and I felt I was always being taken care of. I know have switched Dr’s. And the the one I have is amazing! I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend Grace clinic because I do they have so many wonderful drs and staff members but that one specific Lauren Wheeler is the reason I will not return. I have seen several other doctors at grace and the feedback I get from them and other staff members about her is very negative and I just don’t see how grace clinic hasn’t put a stop to her. She’s driving people away but to go in to a Dr office with the Anticipation of I’m going to get better then you have someone like her just crush All hope. Well I hope this was useful and I hate to complain on here but I want my voice to be heard and hopefully they all see this.

There are few doctors that will actually take the time to listen to you, to check you thoroughly and provide various plans of action - Dr. Vasandani is one of these. After dealing with health issues for over a decade, my PCP referred me to Dr. Vasandani and while it took several months to get in, it was so worth the wait. He has an EXCELLENT bedside manner and I left the appointment with a measure of hope.

Dr. Vasandani and his Physician Assistant are both very caring people. They are very thorough in their testing. In my experience, they have ordered labwork and performed physical examinations in order to reach a diagnosis. Then, they are trying to find a prescription to help my arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have been very pleased with the care I have received and would highly recommend them.

Very caring , takes time to explain test , conditions. . Also shows compassion. Answers all questions. Never rushes. I wish all doctors were this concerned with their patients.

Dr. Vasandani is compassionate and caring. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. I am grateful to have been referred to him.

Since moving to Grace Clinic the communication with the physician is poor due to staff. I am considering moving my care because of the facility
