Please fill my proper prescription I've been taking slow release Pharmaceutical niacin for many years.Now you changed to over -the -counter niacin without telling me. Why?? Mistake?? It should not be this difficult to get a simple mistake corrected.

I have been going to Dr. B for a very long time. Sometimes there is a long wait when I go in for an appointment and there is one person in that front office that is somewhat rude and condescending when she talks to me. But I continue to go because Dr. B is one of the best doctors I have ever been to and given my age, I have been to a few. The wait may be long sometimes but once she is in that room with you, you have her full attention. She listens, she asks questions to better understand what you are trying to say and she explains everything in a way that I understand. Best doctor EVER!!!

Excessive unrelated lab testing resulting in unnecessary billing. Continued to do so against patient's expressed concern. Lab testing was in NO WAY related to any prior/present/future treatment. Doctor dismissed patient's concerns that this matter needed to be addressed/discussed in a positive constructive manner.
