Dr. Joel D Goode, MD

Dr. Goode is EXCEPTIONAL. Competent, extremely experienced, yet keeps up with the most modern treatments. He has been my GP physician for over 20 years. Sometimes, he may come across as stern, but that's his way of making sure that the patient takes his diagnostic seriously and that the patient follows up. He has been accurate about every diagnostic for me and has recently left St David and joined Ascension. Personally, I will be his patient for life! Even though, so many times he was extremely busy, he took the time to THOROUGHLY go over my specific condition and spend the time to do the "detective" work that is sometimes required. Too busy acting like a psychiatrist instead of dealing with the illness. My daughter had mono and he was talking pregnancy and drugs which was inappropriate. Wants to put everyone on antidepressants and aderal.

Dr. Goode has been our primary physician for over 10 yrs. he is a wonderful doctor for children and adults.

I recommend Dr. Joel Goode with Brushy Creek Family Physicians. If you are searching for a family physician for yourself or family, Dr. Goode is ready to provide excellent service for you. You will find his staff friendly and you will have only a brief wait in the waiting room. I first had an appointment with Dr. Goode a few years ago. After that he became my primary care Doctor. I anticipate this will be an ongoing doctor-patient relationship. Quality and attention can sometimes be hard to find when searching for a new doctor, but you are making a good decision if you schedule an appointment to see Dr. Goode. If any lab work is needed, a lab is conveniently located on the first floor.

Dr. Goode has been our family's physician for 15+ years. We won't go to any other doctor. Always professional, concerned and thorough. We consider him a friend. Michelle, his nurse is an asset to the practice. Follow up, as listed as a rating catagory, isn't really a factor unless you have further questions.

Best family doctor I have ever had. I live 45 minutes away and still use him because of how personable he is and everyone in his office. Michelle is the best and seriously will talk to you any time of day to help you ASAP. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Dr Goode is wonderful, I have all the faith in him. I trust him with my life. He helped me identify the fact I had a tumor when other doctors did not recognize the signs! He even took the time to help with a severe case of swimmers rash!!
