Dr. LaLonde is amazing! My family has trusted him and his wonderful staff with our health needs for the past 15 years. My son always walks out laughing after a visit with Dr. Lalonde or his excellent PA Jen, and I know that Dr. LaLonde will hear my husbands health concerns as the red flags that they are and take them seriously. The action plans are always clear and all of our questions are answered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lalonde's for 18 years, and have always been entirely pleased with the treatment I have received. I have been recommending friends and family for years and they have shared my opinion. His staff is a reflection of him, caring and experienced. An example of Dr. Lalonde's care and concern is the fact that when my daughter's baby passed away a few years ago, Dr. Lalonde gave us his private phone number and asked us to contact him, day or night, with any questions or simply to talk. We will be forever greatful for his generosity at our time of need. I never walk into his office that he doesn't ask about members of my family. Dr. Lalonde is not only a great physician, but an incredible human being!

Dr Lalonde appeared to be very certain that there was nothing physically wrong with me after performing a few simple tests. Although I had no history of depression he insisted I needed Prozac because I was under stress. I eventually ended up with another doctor and a diagnosis of Metastatic Thyroid Cancer.

I've never had any difficulty getting an appt, even the same day. They've been very accomodating to work me in for anything urgent. Time spent with me is very sufficient. He's been very caring in following up with all my concerns, not just the matter up front. Very informative on his choice of treatment, explains what to expect, both negative & positive, and when to follow up. Very highly recommend him.Lori
