I have achalasia issues and he was more than understanding to me, listened to my needs, and determined a plan to resolve the issues. I am still in the appeals process with my insurance but am hopeful that I will have resolution to this awful problem soon.

Medical advice is excellent, even with cadre of interns. He is the only physician I've met who takes calls to discuss test results, and is more than willing to take time to answer questions.

Dr Pandolfino recommended treatment and a referral to cure my reflux,not to just mask the problem. He discussed followup treatments with his colleages. Got me off the meds with no more symptoms. Always called me by phone "himself" to let me know test results. A caring Doctor and a fine gentleman. Northwestern Hospital is the place to go for superior treatment and care. Checkout his publications. You can't beat a teaching hospital!

I have an ongoing problem. Had seen 3 other doctors over several years, but he was the first one to follow up and want to get to the bottom of what's causing my symptoms rather than sending me away with just a prescription. I was very glad to have him as my doctor.

Dr Pandolfino is one of the best doctors I have seen.

I have been and still being treated by dr. pandolfino and is getting my issues under control and working on getting me healthy when the same type doctors in northwest Indiana wanted to put a feeder tube in me.. Dr. pandolfino to me goes aboce the call of duty and is always very friendly and professioanl.. I would and have refered hiim to to others..

Dr. did not spend enough time and seemed rushed. Too much ego for me to deal with and no bed side manner. Also condesending and had always had another person in the room. Not comfortable or caring.
