Dr. Williams saw my elderly Mother and listened with compassion and concern to her symptoms. He took her issues seriously. He acted promptly and got a diagnosis within days and started treatment. He was excellent. Also, his nurse Kristine is amazing!!!

My son got hurt during a football game, he needed surgery in his neck to fix two fractured and compressed discs in his neck. Dr Williams is certainly intelligent but very patient and empathetic. First and most importantly he removed a cyst from my inner spine successfully. There was very little post surgical discomfort. the pain has been completely eradicated. I have no pain the the area of the surgery and no surgical wound pain. My surgery had to be rescheduled once the night before the procedure due to blood in my urine. Dr. Williams was very patient with the situation and as soon as my urologist released me, Dr. Williams scheduled the surgery quickly. He was very thorough in preparing me for the procedure and diligent in his follow up, He made it clear what my post surgical limitations were. Following his instructions, I healed with no pain or limitation. His parting instruction was to walk a lot. He is a great surgeon and considerate physician. I recommend to anyone who asks about orthopedic surgery.

Dr.Williams and the staff at OCI were professional, courteous, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues I was dealing with and they took the time to explain thoroughly what was happening with me so that I could understand. I felt they truly cared about my situation and getting me back on track, not just making a buck and moving on to the next patient. This was refreshing to see this commitment in this era.
