Dr. Joseph Randall Lynch, MD

This review will be short. I'm 72, have had a lot of surgeries, this is second with Dr. Lynch. He's the best!

Every aspect of my care and surgery was excellent . Dr Lynch and his staff are awesome!

I cannot express how pleased I have been with every aspect of my experience with Dr. Lynch and his entire staff. Courteous, attentive, professional, and caring are just a few of the terms I would use to describe the care I’ve received. Exceptional in every way!

My husband just finished up his last appointment with Dr. Lynch at The Shoulder Clinic of Idaho. We can not say enough good things about Dr. Lynch and his team. Not only did he do an EXCELLENT job with the surgery and recovery, but we have never had a doctor who made my husband feel so cared about. We would recommend Dr. Lynch and The Shoulder Clinic to everyone. It was truly a pleasure to be treated by him!

I have farmed and ranched my whole life. My shoulder had been giving me problems. I haven’t been able to rope cattle for years because of this problem. I talked with Dr. Lynch and told him my expectations and asked if he thought that it was something he could help me with. He was very straight with me and a very kind person. I felt that I had met the right man for the job and told him I expected perfection. I was serious in saying that and he told me he could do it. Everything went perfectly and after a few months I am roping calves again. I highly recommend Dr. Lynch. I had visited with other Drs. and none had given me the confidence that I wanted until I met this man. He is very kind and I believe the best at what he does. I am very grateful for the successful shoulder repair that I recently received. When I first met with an Orthopedic Surgeon, he declined to do a repair. He said that my age & condition of my shoulder (muscular atrophy) were not in my favor for the needed healing. My daughter, a Physical Therapist suggested I get a second opinion, as my quality of life was affected by the pain. After meeting with Dr. Lynch & Michael Nieraeth, they gave me the good news. They felt a reverse shoulder replacement would repair the damaged rotator cuff, & repair of the complete muscle tear was without question. Their health assessment (past & present) was very through, & needed care attended to. My quality of life has been restored, & I am very grateful for their expertise. I would recommend them highly! On a scale of one to ten, I would say 11.

Dr. Lynch and his team did an exceptional job in repairing my tricep tendon. I highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon who is a cut above.

Dr. Lynch was my surgeon for a total shoulder joint replacement. Although I was anxious about the process, Dr. Lynch took the time at several appointments to explain everything and answer all my questions. His knowledge was reassuring and his kindness convinced me that I had definitely chosen the right doctor. The surgery was easier than anticipated and the discomfort afterwards was minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Lynch.

My overall experience with Dr. J.R. Lynch, M. Nieraeth, PA-C and A. Reed, R.N. can only be called excellent from start to finish. As a new patient with an old injury I was quickly diagnosed, submitted to MRI procedures, findings reviewed and surgery scheduled an amazingly short period of time. Through all of this the SCI staff treatment was of sincere concern, outstanding profesionalism and extreem care for my needs as a patient. I am now fully recoverd after a period of 3 short months and although I hope that I never have to suffer a shoulder injury in the future, if I do, I would most certainly return to the SCI and Dr. Lynch and his staff.

Dr. Lynch and his team are the best in the business. He truly cares about his patients and will discuss all options and then help you decide which option is best for you. He treated me more like a family member than just another patient. There is no one else I would rather see than Dr. Lynch for my shoulder issues.
