Dr. Josephine King Mcnary, MD

Dr. Josephine King McNary has been deceased since July 2024. She is not practicing at this facility or any other as she is dead. Lori Rae Steinberg is negligent in not correcting this false representation. Furthermore it is disturbing for this practice to allow reviews that publicly defame Dr. McNary to remain after her death. The purpose as claimed by this site is to provide guidance to patients seeking treatment obviously this does not apply to Dr. McNary as of 7/24/2024. Thus anonymous negative comments which provide no basis for which the negative review was warranted should be removed immediately. In contrast I can attest to the fact that Dr. McNary provided pro bono services to her clients who were unable to pay during the COVID crisis. The review reports a $300 fee for initial consultation- this further demonstrates the charitable policy changes made during the pandemic, as it is a $200 reduction in the normal $500 fee for first time visitors. Dr. McNary was a responsible… attentive and highly qualified doctor who did not prescribe addictive medications to patients she was unfamiliar with and did so only after first line unsuccessful treatment under less dangerous medications. It is not uncommon for disgruntled drug seekers to post negative comments when they are unsuccessful in obtaining prescriptions for the drugs they want. I applaud all responsible doctors who do not write prescription for harmful medications after seeing a patient 1 time.

If you want a doctor that has a mean streak over maybe less than $300 during Covid this is a doctor for you. Very desperate for money doesn’t put patients first.

Dr. McNary has the perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism. She is thorough in questioning and attentive in listening. She clearly enjoys helping people, and I am very happy I was her patient.
