Bad service, attitude and pool communication

Beware, this Dr. is only in it for the money, straight up. He double and triple books other people for the same appointment time they give you, and you end up waiting an hour and a half to two hours before being seen. Also, after being asked to send progress reports to social services, Dr. Ye became irritated at my next appointment, yelling at me "That's not my job!" and "It takes too much time, I don't get paid for this!!", despite social services willing to pay him the $300 he demanded from me directly. He still refused, as he wanted the money *first* in his hand. I've been seeing mental health professionals for over 25 years, and I've never ever in my life been treated this poorly by any of them, like I have by Dr. Ye. His visits consist of sitting down, as he is already writing your refill prescriptions and then he's done with you. Hi and bye. He sees you all of 10 minutes max and then it's off to the next person. He's got rows of chairs lined up with people, like a mass production… line in a factory. Don't go here if you are actually looking for a caring mental health professional. This guy is all about getting paid, no matter what and he couldn't care less about you and your well-being.

I had Chinese medicine recommended by him. I ended up having excruciating to moderate pain to my lower back that has not resolved. I had to have lumbar surgery.
