Dr. Judith Harrington, MD

Very unprofessional. Not sympathetic at all. My daughter was having a full on mental breakdown in her office and she just kept talking like it wasn't happening. Then I also had a problem with them billing the insurance they ask for all your insurance information and even take copy's of the card but they don't use it. Charging more than 200 dollars a visit after telling me it was only going to be a 30 dollar copay. Don't go here. Oh and my 17 year old is now getting the 550 dollar bills on top of everything else.

Went to get a psych evaluation for my daughter. Not only was she rude to us, but called us back 3x for 'more info' and charged us for each visit. Then her results made zero sense and were totally inaccurate.

Dr. Harrington made a huge impact on my son as well as my husband and I. We are thankful she was able to help him with his deficiencies. I am very surprised to read the negative reviews as we are astonished with his progress and the recommendations that she instituted for our son. Insurance was never an issue as I understand that anytime you use your insurance it is never a guarantee that the service will be covered until your insurance company receives the bill. I know this since I have been through multiple doctors throughout my sons 14 years of life. The staff was always upfront about the estimated costs. I am thankful for Dr. Harrington and her awesome staff. Kudos to you all. :)

Waste of time and money. Please do your research before investing your time .

Bad Dr

Dr. Harrington has helped me by listening and helping me understand things in my life. She shows a true concern for me and my well being. I will be forever grateful for her.

So I don't know who everyone else saw, but we just spent over a month working with Dr. Harrington and her staff and it was a pleasant experience. We had two of our kids to her office for testing. The staff there was great with both of our kids, as well as us. The kids testing was different for each of them. One of our kids was there for almost 8 hours total between two days, while the other was probably closer to 4 to 5. Any questions we had or the kids had during the process were answered. Then the tests were submitted for review. Once the results were in we had 2 sessions per child each scheduled for an hour. The first one was a review with the parents and the child to go over everything and answer questions our children had about the results. The kids had lots of questions, and Dr. Harrington answered all of them in ways they could understand. The second appointment was to go over recommendations with just the parents. Each appointment was different for obvious… reasons. We covered diagnosis, patient information, history, verified everything was correct. We covered each diagnosis, what the test results showed that led to those diagnosis, did we agree with what was being described or had something been misunderstood, how to best facilitate the kids needs in home and school, and more. We did have one session that was shorter with one kid because it was pretty cut and dry so we didn't use the full hour. Dr. Harrington made sure to ask multiple times though if we had any other questions or if our child did which we didn't. That being said we had another appointment go over a little because we had lots of questions. The point is she was willing to give us the time if we wanted it. In the end we have a much better understanding of what's going on with our kids, and how to help them. We have a copy of the results which we were given after the second appointment. With the results we had multiple pages of suggestions. It gave us multiple directions that we can go and had lots of suggestions on how to handle each child's needs. In home therapy, socialization building, resources for parents, support groups, and more. As far as insurance we didn't have any big issues. We had co pays, but we cleared deductibles early in the year with everything going on with the kids. We did mess up our co pays. We thought we had paid the co pays when we had been there. (Each parent thinking the other had paid) A little research in our bank records showed we hadn't and we owed them $150. Even then the staff wasn't rude or mean, they just said it happens and were very nice. Our only issue we had was a temp scheduled us wrong one day and we showed up without having an actual appointment. They apologized, got us scheduled correctly, and made sure we were set for everything going forward and there were no other mistakes. We had to cancel that next appointment due to work and they were completely understanding. No judgement from the office, got us rescheduled, and we made the next appointment. Keep up the great work guys. I highly recommend this office.

I went to her for my focusing issues and we had a 30 minute meeting that did not help me at all. She told me my insurance covered it but that was a lie and she charged me $300 for my half hour visit. Absolutely ridiculous and did nothing for me except take my money!

Worst experience Ever!!! DO NOT GO TO HER!! I was told it was covered under my insurance and it was not and the amount I had to pay was ridiculous considering she did absolutely nothing to help my daughter!! She does not know how to talk to people at all.

Terrible experience! Huge regret crossing paths with her.
