My I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr.Deen. He listened very carefully and answered all my questions. His remedy at this time was an injection into the knee and to return in three months.

Great orthopedic surgeon, would recommend Dr Deen to anyone who needs a caring, considerate doctor. He replaced my right hip and wow an experience which far exceeded my expectations. This was second hip replacement and a much greater experience as I was home by 4:30 the same day as the surgery.

I went for both knees. They have to be re done. He told me that he was going to send me to Gainesville because I was a high risk for infection and ect…. He was friendly, honest, professional, and integrity.

Dr Deen asked questions and listened to me. He explained the surgery well. I look forward to having him do my total knee replacement surgery.

Wait time is always a downer, but once I was call we d back everything proceeded quickly. Dr. Deen and his staff were professional and friendly. T heh made m er feel comfortable and at ease.

My appointment time was rescheduled 4 times by an automated system that wasn't particularly user friendly. So much for AI. I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes before finally being seen 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The actual appointment was short, partly because I have made a very good recovery from surgery. My recommendation for this practice is that they take a critical look at their scheduling methods, with a view to improving a system that is very unsatisfactory. The office staff were polite and helpful but obviously stressed by the number of unhappy patients. That's not a happy working environment!
