Her knowledge or skill as a cardiologist seems to be OK, but her persona or any warmth as a caring professional is much lacking, and her control over her nurse (also with kind of an attitude) or the management of her practice, in which things like RX orders get lost, and refills don't get ordered and when reminded that this is the THIRD call for the same problem, not yet solved, the nurse blurts "well I'm busy - I've got a lot of things to do." 11 days after the original request???? Doesn't seem to me to be recommendable management skills.
