Overall poor interaction, cold, not patient oriented. Bad bedside manner. Poor follow-up.

Very nice and capable Dr, but ... chose her from a group of in-network providers of insurance company approved for my procedure. Dr/staff said I would have to pay procedure full amount up front as it was not covered by insurance even though I just had the left eye done previously & that Dr got paid). Dr was unable to get approval (even with my help) and did not notify me until I showed up for surgery where I was told no surgery unless I paid money upfront. This is COHERSION. Walked out

I was referred to Dr. Hatch by my local optometrist to treat my Fuchs. She has provided progressive care commensurate with the progression of the disease. When it became clear that surgery was the next step, she was a calm, focused presence in the operating suite. I would strongly recommend her should you have a condition which may require surgical intervention.

As a retired pharmacist from the biggest chain, I know how valuable time is to a professional. Dr. Hatch is an expert in her field of corneal treatment. She is knowledgeable and personable. Even though she may seem rushed; she gives you her time. Whether in the office for questions, or in the OR when she noticed my labored breathing from a near panic attack. (Blessed to be healthy and not used to OR, etc.) Dr. Hatch is a very skilled surgeon.. Dr. Hatch's staff, both in office and at Surgisite are the BEST! I feel lucky and blessed for this experience with her. THANK YOU DR. HATCH!

I had seen two other highly regarded cornea specialists, neither of whom diagnosed the scars on my cornea accurately or suggested any treatment. Dr. Hatch saw the problem immediately and suggest and carried out a simple procedure which improved my vision in that eye from worse than 20 /40 to 20/20.. Great service and result.
