Maybe the most thoughtful and patient doctor/surgeon I've ever met, in addition to being a great surgeon. Individualizes care, and has an amazing bedside manner - really put me and my family at ease and made us comfortable, even with dealing with cancer. So glad he is here with us in LA now.

Highly skilled and extremely intelligent, but so easy going. Understood my issues, and was patient and thoughtful and kind, but was also able to convey very complex concepts to me and my family in a language and format that was easy to follow up understand. Let us take as much time as we needed to answer our questions and make sure we were as comfortable as possible.

I traveled hours to see Dr Kim, and the entire experience was truly great. Took this time to explain everything in detail. Was patient with questions, and I could tell her had a lot of experience in the comfort level of how he discussed everything with us. He is an international leader and known for his surgical skill and in treating patients with womens cancers. I wish he took care of other cancers to take care of some of my friends and family.

Such an amazing surgeon and even better person. I am in a family of hereditary breast and ovarian cancers, and he has also taken care of my mother and my aunt. I would have him take care of every single member of my family if I could. Even when we have questions after our visits with other doctors, we have asked him questions, and he has taken the time to answer them all, and made sure we understood.

great personality, immediately put me at ease. about to speak in actual english, non-doctor, non-medical terms so i and my family could understand. so patient and takes time to make sure we understand everything. actually looks at us nd makes eye contact rather than many doctors who now just stare at the computer screen.
