Always recommend Dr Kimball to friends and family

Dr Kimball repairs my rotator cuff which was 95% torn. After a full year and six months of rehab, I have 100% use of it and storing as ever. Bedside manner is a 4 out of 5, but he does fantastic work.

I don’t agree with all of the people whining about Dr Kimball’s poor bedside manner. He is direct, but I find that refreshing. He is confident in his ability to get the job done. He is personable if you let him. Most of all he is knowledgeable,experienced and will heal you if you follow his instructions. Do you want a buddy? Go to church. If you want a competent surgeon, go see Dr Kimball!

Poor customer experience even getting to his office. Google sends me to provo. Hi name is on the door buy he no longer works out of provo. Online check in does no work Google contact numbers for orem are all bad phone numbers. Third to communicate my frustration to office to know there is bad contact info etc..wasn't their job didnt care. So now I drive to his actual office and now I wait and wait and wait and wait. Dr Kimball is Great he has treated me before and I have no complaints for him. Just wish if he changes offices he would update info, and his staff at least acted like they cared. Mb

I had a total knee with minimal pain . Dr. Kimball and his staff were kind and caring. My visits we're enjoyable. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Dr. Kimball is abrasive, harsh, prideful and does not listen. He actually told my son he just needed to "cowboy up" and get over his pain/injury. Upon further investigation with a different very thorough, respective orthopedics office we found that my son DID need surgery. He had an AMAZING surgeon who listened, offered counsel and fixed his knee. He is recovering like a champ and has virtually no pain instead of the daily pain we TRIED to tell Dr. Kimball about. I don't normally leave poor reviews but I hope to be able to save even one person/family from suffering the same fate.

Just a fantastic doctor. He's not doctor fluffy...tell you what you want to hear, but he's straightforward, empathetic, and knows his stuff. He took extra time to answer my questions about my MRI and potential surgery, even though he had patients waiting (he had been out of town). Ended up having surgery; and the morning of, he came by again to answer questions, tell me about the procedure and introduce the anesthesiologist. He spoke to me after the surgery and told me what I could and couldn't do, and to tell me when to schedule a follow-up visit. Surgery is no fun, but it went better than expected with Dr. Kimball!

OUTSTANDING! Ten years later and all is perfect. Gave me my mobility and life back.

I am so happy I found this doctor! He did my knee replacement and 3 months post op I am back to my normal routine. Anyone thinking of a knee replacement needs to go see him. You will not be sorry. He has a newer approach than a lot of doctors and it made a huge difference for me. I am doing well and feel better that I have for several years. I have NO PAIN!!! I will be going back to him to fix my other knee!

I haven't had surgery yet so will have to rate that later
