Dr. Blankenship takes time to talk with his patients and help make them feel comfortable. The office staff needs major professional development on customer relations, including how to be pleasant and not rude to patients.

I cannot say enough good things about him. When other doctors gave up trying to figure out why I am in so much pain, he figured it out. None of them bothered to look at my tailbone and lower back because as they said "If it's the tailbone, there's nothing we can do." so they didn't. He looked and voila' there it was. Plus the 5 compression fractures the others missed. Yeah, that's why he's so popular, he's that good!!!!

Dr. Blankenship is the best. I lost my ability to walk for months! I fell and broke bones! The neurologist I saw at first was so unresponsive, and actually suggested I get a helmet. Dr. Blankenship diagnosed me right away. He is attentive and excited about helping his patients. Thanks to his expertise I am walking and working and feeling 80% better.

I am very grateful that I found my way to Dr. Blankenship. I did some internet searching to find the best neurologist in Anderson (he really is!) and that's what led the way. It took months to get in for a new patient appointment and that was a little frustrating, but I don't regret waiting. From the moment he walked in the exam room, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Not only does he know what he is talking about (and clearly explains everything), but you can tell he GENUINELY cares about you as an individual. And everyone deserves a doctor like that!

Dr. Blankenship is always a joy to visit. He will take the time you need with him to ensure that you are well taken care of. His staff is also a joy to communicate with.

Great doctor and wonderful staff! Everyone there makes you feel welcomed! You don't find that just everywhere!

He is a wonderful doctor, but his staff is horrible. They are rude, schedule you for an appointment but don't put you in the computer, don't refill prescriptions or make referral calls like you ask. Sorry but no matter how good a doctor is, you spend more time interacting with the staff. So, in other words, look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of anger and frustration.
