I always get my physical once a year, and was seeking a new family physician. It’s very important to me that my doctor has great bedside manner, and is very concerned about my health. My experience on yesterday with Dr. Gandy was a amazing and the entire staff customer service is phenomenal! When I first arrived at the facility, I did have issues with finding the building once I parked in the garage. I must say it’s very frustrating when you get there, because they have different elevators for different floors. BUT……….. Once I got to the 11th floor it was a breeze, and the front desk clerk Ashley instructed me how to get there easily the next time. The nurse was a sweetheart, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. When Dr. Gandy came in, I felt a weight off of my shoulders. I literally asked to get tested for every single thing from cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, and anything else that I could be tested on. I feel as you get older you should have yearly test on every single… thing that could be a hazardous to your health. Dr. Gandy had great bedside manner, listened to my every concern, and was the SWEETEST!!!!! Since I’m a new patient I had to wait almost 8 months to see her, but it was so worth it. I most definitely see why everyone online rave about her, because it most definitely is true. She is one of the best family physicians that, I’ve seen since I’ve been living in Atlanta. This is officially my new family physician, and I couldn’t be more happier. The staff where so friendly, and helpful which was a plus as well. Thank you guys for making my first visit here great!

Dr. Gandy and her office staff were one of the most professional and attentive health professionals that that I have ever visited. Specifically, Dr. Gandy, no t only is she professional and very knowledgeable in her field but caters to each of her patients and their needs with a sincere and caring spirit. Not only does she give the patient the individual attention that is required during an office visit but she exhibits genuine concern each and every office visit.

Dr. Gandy was awesome. I did not have to wait at all and she was very prompt, professional, and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone.
