Dr. Leo R Germin, MD, FAANEM

Had an appointment he obviously wanted the day off so he deleted it. I showed up receptionist couldn’t find app. Told her I wouldn’t make another app. So dr. Came in did the test jabbed the probes in and jabbed the probe in my neck now from chest up im in pain all the way to my hands have a headache I can’t get rid of and it sounds like running water all the time I can barely turn my head my neck hurts so bad and he did this on purpose because I made him keep appointment beware of this dr. He shouldn’t have a practice

I went to this neurologist for chronic tension headaches. I had an MRI and the radiologist reported brain lesions and listed several possibilities of diseases. Dr. Germin said “Yo are not 24 anymore”. He practically called me a liar when I told him about my headaches, said I had to prove my symptoms. He then gave me a list of vitamins to take for my headaches. I will not go back!

I was sent to Dr Leo German from my neurosurgeon to get some type of nerve tests done in my legs. Front staff was nice enough. Some type of nurse hooked electric stimulations to my legs and didn’t say much at all. It was painful and lasted 10-15 minutes. Then I was sent to a room and waited for Germin. He entered and said nothing to me. I started to tell him my symptoms and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Told me to lay on the table and stuck me a few times with a acupressure type needle while listening with headphones on. It took 1 minute at most and he said nothing and left. Horrible bed side manner and just pathetic empathy. I was warned not to go here, but my surgeon referred me so I went. Wish I would of read the reviews first. Imagine how much they billed my insurance for this joke of a test. Then my attorney friend told me the tests will come back “normal” for everything, and he was right. All normal readings according to His test. MRIs came back soon after that and I have 3… annular tears and two full protrusions (herniations) at 3 discs. My legs numbness and tingling never dissipate, but Germin says tests are normal. Sounds like a fraud to me. BEWARE. PS, Doctor says I need a disc protrusion.

Didn't listen to complaints. Didn't answer questions that I had. And was not friendly at all. Then i questioned him about the test emg. No true answers. Ive had alot of emg over 50 years and i dont belive he did the nervous that had been done many times before. When i left out his door there was 6 men at the door i felt like they was a threat to me and I didn't feel comfortable at all. The billing department dont have a clue i had to fight whit them about my coverage and it took 3 calls from my insurance company to tell him that they was wong about there bill. So because of that they put 6 men and one nurse holding the door so the 6 men could storm inside. so sad.

I was referred to Dr. Germin for testing. During a follow up appointment to discuss my medical condition I had several questions. When I asked Dr. Germin some of my questions Dr. Germin in front of two of his staff members replied "I am not here to educate you. If that is what you want we will part company". Needless to say I am now in the care of a professional doctor. This doctor appears to be full of himself. He is condescending, dismissive and extremely rude and unprofessional. His front desk staff is extremely disorganized, unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Dr. Germin is a great Dr. I have been seeing him for about 11 years now. He is a no nonsense kinda guy when it comes to your health, but he will joke around when it is necessary and at an appropriate time. He jokes and talks you through tests so you don't even feel the needles. His humor is kinda dry which makes you laugh. He knows that you are scared and nervous trys to help and answers any and all questions. He is not arrogant or thinks he's god but gives it to you straight and doesn't coddle you. He is in and out in no time trying not to waste your time or his, but will take the time to talk to you.

Dr. Germin has provided me with excellent service. He demonstrates genuine care and concern for his patients.

Dr. Germin is very helpful with his patients, you can honestly notice he cares at his fullest and tells you what you need to do to better yourself everyday.

Good communication skills from the physician in explaining procedures and testing.

Dr. Germin and all his staff are excellent. Have made our lives better and happier!
