Dr Leslie C Doctor, MD

I had an appointment with doctor Leslie Doctor at 11:30 this morning October 15. After an hour and fifteen minutes wait, doctor Doctor had still not seen me nor given me any update on timing so I left. The technician or nurse who brought me into the office where Doctor Doctor was supposedly going to see me told me that an hour and fifteen minutes wait was typical in their practice. Doctor Doctor did not even call me to apologize.

Over booked Cheap old equipment

I have been a patient if Dr. Doctor for many almostc20 years. Given my complicated situation, including multiple surgeries and surgeons, she has provided me the best service anyone could expect.

This is a very inefficient office. It looks like they over book their appointments. I had to wait 55 minutes before my name was called. The technician did all the tests in 10-15 minutes and then had to dilate my eyes. Right after this I was waiting another 35 minutes. I asked for a doctor once and was told she is with another patient. After waiting for another 10 minutes I had to leave for another appointment without seeing Leslie Doctor. I notified Maria at the front desk that almost 2 hours wait from the appointment time is not acceptable by any standard. I got no apology or explanation. They are too busy so a few unhappy customers will be ok for this practice.

Always long wait time, at least 50 minutes. After the long wait, the doctor was inpatient and spent 5 minutes to rush you out. Will never recommend her to anyone.

Dr; Leslie Doctor is most thorough, courteous, and informative. A pleasure to visit her office.

The care and information I got was worth the wait. Found out a lot about cataract surgery I didn't know.
