I had a appointment with Dr Payne it was a great experience he was so thoughtful and patience and explained very thing so I could understand it. His staff was totally amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Payne!

Dr Payne is always very efficient and knowledgeable. He takes care of issues and gets you back to your life with much less pain.

Dr. Payne and his staff in Williamsburg were absolutely awesome! I suffered a detached shoulder in an auto accident and they got me right in and did surgery a few days later. I cannot recommend he and his staff more and am so grateful for what they did for me.

Dr. Payne is my hero! I’ve had both shoulders replaced by him and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The medication chart and Dr. Payne’s YouTube video made the recovery process so much smoother. You won’t find another doctor who will take better care of you and your health.

My appointment with Dr. Payne was very quick and efficient. I was advised I did not need to see him again unless I had a problem develop. My shoulder feels great, though some strengthening is still required. Whereas I was advised to avoid really heavy weights, I should have been prepared with questions regarding a wider range of activities (i.e., bowling, push-ups, kayaking, etc.). These are activities I engage in and didn’t leave my appointment any the wiser regarding how or even if I can resume such activities. My fault (mostly). However, I do believe the six month (and in my case the final) appointment should include a longer conversation about the path forward.

Dr. Payne is outstanding. He replaced my old shoulder with new Titanium shoulder. I'm so happy I got this done. Highly recommended!

I’ve only seen Dr. Payne for one visit so far, but my first experience was extremely positive. Listened to my complaints and good bedside manner. He recommended an injection that already has me feeling better the next day! Would certainly recommend him to others!!!
