Long wait times. Rude and disorganized staff who continuously sent billing information to wrong address despite my calling to correct them twice.

Not only did they not mention that I had HPV after my regular Pap last year, They did not tell me again this year. I did not learn this information until I inquired because I was consulting with a reproductive specialist. Dr Gade was rude and condescending in all conversations regrading the matter, which took her 5 business days to respond to!

The office staff is awful-- BUT Dr. Gade could not be more kind and helpful in her exams and in answering all my questions. She understood my needs from the moment I met her. She's worth working around the lousy receptionists to book an appointment. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Gade is a great doctor. However her staff is uncourteous, unpleasant and insensitive to the needs of the patient.

As a new patient, I waited two months to get an appointment. When the time finally came I waited in the waiting room for over an hour, and eventually ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. The office/waiting room was incredibly filthy, and the staff was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Dr. Gade delivered my baby girl and is hands down the best OB/GYN in NYC. She is so caring, funny, knowledgeable and nice. Never made me wait more than 10 minutes and even if I waited 10 minutes she apologized profusely. LOVE HER!!!

Dr Gade delivered my baby boy in 2006. She was phenomenal - caring & professional at all times, despite the fact she was not my regular ob/gyn.
