The NP Sherri is just awesome!

I am from out of state and was looking for a new family doctor. When I called to make a new patient appointment the first question was do you have insurance? Normal I have not problem with that and I said yes and do. When I asked for an appointment she said we don't it that way here. We will take your information and send it to billing and then if you have insurance we will call and make an appointment. Excuse me? I have made new patient appointment my entire life, 4 for my husband since we moved here and none didn't refuse to give us an appointment until we passed the "pay" test. This is insulting and rude. Let us prove you are not a liar and deadbeat first and then we will grace you with our services. Let's be honest, you have weeks being a new patient before you see the doctor. Take down the insurance information and verify before the new patient ever walks in the door. If there is an issue there is plenty of time to address it. I would never do business with anyone… that supports this kind of insulting policy, and choose to not do so. There should be an overall rating of zero.... I had to choose 1 star for this to go through.

I can't believe that Dr Bacay, both of them, have not been sued yet. They do not care for their patients nor do they ever see them. I had a friend go there and they ignored her requests for assistance and never was able to see the actual doctor.

Whenever I call to get an appointment I am never able to see the Dr. It's always her N.P. Although I like her I wouldlike to see my Dr. from time to time. I was sent for tests and was never contacted with the results (no news is good news or did they forget?) I really like Dr. Bacay but I never get to see her.

Dr. Bacay is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always willing to help me. I would recommend Dr. Bacay and office to everyone!

She has been my doctor for 7 years and has correctly diagnosed and treated many problems I have had over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable in diabetes care. I recently moved to Mariposa and I travel the 2 hours to see her because of the quality of care I receive, the staff know who I am and Dr. Bacay makes me feel like I am a friend that she cares about and not just a patient.

Some of your receptionists have very poor phone manners and absolutely no professionalism. Not only did they not have the knowledge to answer my questions, but they were rude and dismissive on top of that.
