Dr. Maria Nowak Byrne, MD

Dr. Byrne immediately understood my illness, when 2 other medical people did not understand my problem. Dr. Byrne is very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable in her field. I would like to have her as a regular doctor if she had a general practice. She seems to have a lot of medical wisdom and instinct to evaluate medical problems.

One of the kindest, caring and skilled doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Byrne is easy to be with, but provides little information (patients don't always know what to ask, so we need physicians to be forthcoming). She seldom returns phone calls, and doesn't rely on office staff to do this for her)

Personable, appears knowledgeable, is courteous and gentle. Only complaint: very difficult to connect with Dr. Byrne by phone. Moreover, she's not particularly attentive to returning calls.
