Dr. Mark Jerome Dykstra, MD

I have found Dr. Dykstra to be professional and friendly. He explains his findings well and will speak as in-depth as you want him to. He can also be personable if you engage him, or can just "stick to the plan" if you are not interested in engaging.

Dr. Dykstra effectively cured my kidney stones, which three other ufologists had failed to do. I liked his fast-paced, quick-witted sense of humor.

Ed about my hair loss he said buy a wigI'm still in the same pain after leaving his office. He was sarcastic . I told him I hAve terible back pain and pain when urinating. He said he could take out my bladder. I went for help because of terrible pain and left worse then when I came in. Still in terrible pain and he really didn't care

Dr Dykstra's nurse Liz is extremely rude and is no help at all. For my first appointment, I sat in the waiting room for a half hour. When I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, she then told me that the doctor wasn't even in the building.

I received a script at my appointment that my insurance would not cover. I was told to call his office if this happened. now two weeks and a dozen calls later they still have not sent in the correct script and I am still without medication. the office staff namely the nurses are incredibly rude and difficult to work with.
