Dr. Cohen was very civilized with me in person. As was the secretary Debbie. The rest of the staff are less than desirable. Their urine tests came up positive for other drugs in my system TWICE. Both times I left their office to go to another establishment to get a blood test the first time and the second occurrence I took another urine sample at another establishment.... both were NEGATIVE! How humiliating is it to be told you have like FOUR different street drugs in your system! EXTREMELY HUMILIATING! New PA came in and decided her rules were THE rules. Everyone at that office seems to be making up rules as they go or afraid of the higher up person. I don’t get it. You might want to think twice before going to this Dr.. If your not elderly and white you’ll get treated like crap. Go somewhere that you’ll be treated fairly, respectfully and talked to like an adult. Start with calling your insurance company. It’ll be worth the drive to bypass this office.

Legal drug clinic, just fills narcotic prescriptions and off you go for the next 3 months, refuses x-rays, I was told, no matter what my CT showed, my care stay the same. HUH?

Dr Cohen actually takes time with you to understand what is going on and offers options, if he can, to help control the pain.

I had been a patient and had a death of my significant other and missed 1 appt, they let me go terrible. I pray for them.

In a few words, if you are looking for pain relief or you are suffering from a long term injury that requires you to take medication of any kind, do NOT go to this doctor. His staff will not return phone calls and will often disregard you entirely. After only a couple visits, it became clearly obvious that he both was not concerned for your care nor did he seem to have any ideas on how to go about helping you. Word of advice, if you need help, look elsewhere and I highly recommend researching your doctor beforehand. Lots of time, money and suffering spent.
