I had a 2:30 appt. Was not seen until 3:45pm. No explanation or apology given

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service since Southwest has taken over. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment, and no one came to tell me why. Horrible customer service. You should be ashamed.

Dr Merck listened to what I said about my eye and my concerns. He explained the root cause of this condition and offered suggestions to relieve the symptoms. He was very patient and spoke to me in terms I could understand, leaving me feeling very comfortable.

Prompt response and ease of getting an appointment was appreciated. Paper work was speedy and efficient. The first exam by the assistant was timely, polite, and there was only a short wait for the eye drops to take effect and then Dr Merck came for his exam. Dr Merck was patient and listened to my explanation. He was pleasant and his calm manner and explanation made a lot of my anxiety go away. I appreciate the time he took to explain the options and recommendations for next corrective surgery. We are now planning to visti Dr. G. Emerson who did left eye surgery in 2006-7.

Dr Merck was very thorough and knows what he is doing. I have seen him every year for the past 9 years. I keep coming back!
