Dr. Nabeel William Farah, MD

can't make an appointment. his office has no live person answering calls, returning voice mail or e mails. tried for 1 week. really bad.

Nabeel may be an excellent doctor but you still have to deal with his incredibly rude and poorly trained staff. I had an appointment this week and when I gave them my insurance card I was told I didn't have insurance repeatedly. I'm the General Counsel of my company and we have the most expensive plan BCBS offers. Then they demanded payment upfront and refused to supply a receipt and when I asked the same staff member told me "that's how every doctor in the country does it" I have a credit score well in excess of 800 and they can't wait until after the appointment before collecting $121? Chilis's will serve anyone $100 in foot on credit but they don't trust their patients to pay after the appointment? They basically told me to FO when I asked for a receipt for the payment I just made so I asked for a refund and left I'll go somewhere else where I'm not insulted and belittled by staff before even seeing the doctor
