this Doctor is the worst doctor that i ever been to the reason for this is becsaue my friend Sol Maria Torres is patient of the doctor called the office on 1 24 2019 all dya and noone picked up the phone. She told them that she needed some papers to be faxed over and was never done. The girls at her office take for hours and hours to send over some papers. Also when you call to get a referal they only due it one day of the week. Like for me when i called them to get a referal they never send it to the doctor of the heart that i made the appointment weeks in avance. The doctor that i went to was the one that had to call them to get the paper from Dr olga benitez . If something happens to my friend tomrrow there will be a huge lawsute with this location

Dr Benitez stands out way above all other physicians. She is knowledgeable , compassionate and committed to the well-being of her patients. Dedicated to serving the medically needy of our community, providing her patients with quality professional medical care. She demonstrated diligence in caring for very complicated demanding cases, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Dr Benitez is reliable, meticulous in case management. Being in the health profession and seeing the performance of other physicians she is a cut above. I am thrilled she is my physician.

I have read the negative reviews about this Physician who I have come know professionally and personally. I would rather have to pay out of my pocket which is a small price to pay to get an early diagnosis or to have an accurate battery of tests that results in an accurate diagnosis-- we are dealing with our health. As for the other negative remarks ...I made a judgement for myself..this Physician is one of THE best I have found. She is one of the best diagnosticians I have ever come to know and having worked in 3 major NJ Hospitals I choose to utilize the skills and knowledge of Dr. Benitez. This Physician would rather work in Hudson County where the reimbursements are paid at a lower than the rest of the state, because she cares deeply and wants to be of medical service to those people who really need her care. She cares about each individual patient , spending a lot of time with each one explaining and going over results of the tests she takes so each patient understands her… diagnosis. I have the privilege to know many Physicians and I choose to drive to Union City to see this very talented and gifted Physician.

As other reviewers have reported, this doctor will charge you for unnecessary things. She did a complete blood test on me without telling me it was going to be done or how much it would cost or why I even needed it, which cost more than $1000. My insurance would only cover some of it, and I had to pay more than $700 out of my pocket. In the end, just about everything the test was for came back normal. Never going back there again. There were some times when I didn't attend my appointments, but I told them ahead of time to cancel them. Yet, they still charged me for the appointments. And it's true that she can't work in New York due to fraudulent billings and other stuff. I recommend you save yourself a lot of money and find a good doctor who won't steal from you.

Dr. Benitez has been my physician for 14 years now I she has been the best physician I have ever had and I am now 62 years old. Her abilities as a diagnostician are incredible. I would and have recommended her to many people who also have expressed the same sentiment.

Has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. She helped clear up a poor diagnosis I received from another physician and has always gotten back to me whenever I have had to call her with a question. I would recommend this doctor to anyone and I do.I have been going to her for twelve years know.
