Dr. Pamela Marni Ermine, DO

i have been a patient of Dr Ermine for 16+ years. She is very caring and listens to her patients, always giving as much time as needed. Her staff is exceptional. You can text with them and get your questions answered quickly. If you are looking for a Dr who cares for each patient as an individual, i highly recommend Dr Ermine!

Arrived d15 minutes early as new patient after waiting 2 months for appointment. Receptionist told me I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. I asked is doctor was running on time. Answer no. Receptionist said I violated procedure by not coming 30 minutes early and would check with doctor. Came back and said doctor Ermine would not see me because I was late. I WAS EARLY. Bottom line Dr would not see me. INSANE.

Dr. Ermine is knowledgeable, conscientious & compassionate. She will properly diagnose & propose a patient treatment plan. To achieve optimal results, as a patient you must be a willing & active participant. Dr. Ermine resolved an extremely complex & potentially debilitating medical problem of mine years ago. I am forever grateful to her, as I was able to return to my active & independent lifestyle.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ermine for 9 years. She has always been a great listener and caregiver. She is truly concerned about the well being of her patients. Her assistant, Jackie , is an excellent partner who works hard to follow up on patients needs.

Dr. Ermine is a dedicated professional who takes the time to listen to her patients. She has always referred me to excellent specialists and seeks ways to treat difficult conditions.

Dr. Eemine helped me with a variety of issues last year, including paralyzing panic attacks. She was compassionate and understanding as well as kind and knowledgeable. She is the first doctor I felt like really cared about me.

Dr Ermine is an empathetic doctor who takes her time and listens and responds to your needs. I moved to Florida a year ago and this is the best referral I’ve gotten. I usually have a list of questions and I’m never rushed with her. In my opinion, she’s very special.

I read how great this doctor was and unfortunately I never had the opportunity to see her. I called the office for three days trying to schedule a new patient appointment. When I finally received a phone call back the staff was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Trying to see this physician was a difficult experience and a waste of time. The unfortunate part is it will probably go unnoticed. Good luck, hopefully you'll have a better experience, but frankly in my opinion you're seeing the staff and the physician and being treated poorly was a big turn off for me.
