This so called doctor messed up on a gallbladder surgery in Dec 2011 at Fountain Valley Memorial Care hospital and lied about it, said he didn't know what happened. He CUT my common bile duct as he took the gallbladder out and stapled it 9 times. He knew what happened. Kept me there for a week wasting time, my precious time, when he could have transfered me to UCIMC to do the right thing. He is now in hiding, has a judgment against him that he is not paying. I reported him to the Medical Board. If others would speak up about their injuries, you'll see there is a pattern to this recklessness and lack of responsibility and accountability.

Dr Patel rocks! He performed emergency surgery on me in Oct and was such a pleasure to meet. He is very personable. He had amazing bedside manner, got me right in for appointments and he answers all my calls personally. Truly one of the best doctors I have had and I feel safer now that I know I have him on my side! He cares. He listens. He's the best!

The doctor met me in the ER, explained my diagnosis, answered all of my questions and explained the plan of treatment. He saw me in the hospital every day and called me at home post discharge to check on me. I would highly recommend him.
