Dr. Parwati C Maddali, MD

This physician agreed to take on patients from a local provider who is retiring, my child being one of them. Information was sent to them with no follow through. My messages were never returned. I was left scrambling with a little over a week to locate a provider. How this is acceptable is beyond my understanding, especially in this field. Added to list of poor quality mental health service providers in Brevard County.

Superior qualifications as a Physician, and as a Caring Person!

Dr. Maddali is AMAZING! I struggled for years with anxiety/depression. She is caring, kind, calm and a master at her craft - psychiatry! A beautiful person inside and out that truly cares about her patient's well being. I am the lucky one to have found her. She is worth waiting for!! It's my fault - I recommend her to many others ;-)

Dr Maddali has new office manager that is helpful and friendly; she follows through and then calls you to tell you the task is complete. Big difference!!!! Dr. Maddali is an excellent doctor. She takes as much time with me as I need, and that is why I never mind if I have to wait; I know the person she's with needs a little extra support that day. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Dr. Maddali is one of the few psychiatrist around who spends time with her patients and allows more than 10 minutes for a visit if needed.

Dr. Maddali is a gem! She listens intently and diagnoses correctly. She spends the appropriate amount of time with her clients that are needed (doesn't watch the clock). When my daughter was headed toward the cliff she rescued her. Dr. Maddali literally saved my daughter's life. Without her, we would have had to place my daughter in an institution.

She needs to do a better job staffing her office. Incompetent office managers belong as the entry level retail level, not office manager level.

Dr. Maddali was and is THE most helpful professional that we have been involved with in regards to our adopted son. We have found no one else who has had the insight, and instincts into the real issues that our son faces. Dr. Maddali has gone beyond understanding our concerns to providing effective treatment and ongoing council. She is walking this walk with us and we could not be more satisfied and grateful.

Horrible treatment by staff. Misquoted. Billed for services not rendered. . Greedy and dishonest place.
