Dr. Foote is not only personable, but is also extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. He answered all of my questions in ways I could easily understand. I could tell that he enjoyed talking with me, not only about my eyes, but also about who I am as a person. He related to me on many levels, and I can see him being able to connect with most people he sees every day. I had heard his name many times from friends, and also on the radio and in magazines. He is highly recommended by those who have seen him, as well as other doctors. Now that I have met him, I can see why. I am so happy that he is my eye surgeon.The office is beautiful, clean, and friendly. Everyone who works with Dr. Foote is smiling. I really think they all like working for him, which is a great quality in a doctors office.I saw that others felt that the support staff was sub-par but I have to disagree. Maybe someone caught them on a bad day. Every time I have called or come into their office, I have been… treated very well. They have always been kind, patient, and efficient.

I wanted an second opinion on an diagnosis I received from Milwaukee eye Specialists, I researched the best doctors in town, Dr Foote's name came up time and time again. After having seen Dr Foote, I can understand why he has the reputation he does. I am confident I have a accurate diagnosis now and it is not as bad as was originally diagnosed.The only complaint I have is the support staff at the North Avenue do not perform at the level the doctor does. they are rude, curt, not friendly.. The techs clearly have training issues. The tech I had, had numerous problems with manipulating the equipment.... I would not deter anyone from seeing Dr. Foote, he was worth the considerable wait. But he needs to clean up the issues with front line staff
