Truly terrible! Made mistake on diagnosis, made mistake on treatment, When we got help from another doctor and we found the right diagnosis, she was very uncomfortable. First refused to accept, when proved, she was just trying to get ride of us. When I asked for a letter of referral to get a second opinion, she dropped the patient and cancelled the appointment saying that we don't trust her judgement. She dropped the patient even without replacing herself with another doctor. She cancelled the appointment without confirming with us. Avoid. She is not a good doctor, doesn't have the patience, doesn't have the knowledge.

MCW has had so many providers come and go and for good reason. Don’t let the shiny new facility fool you- get treatment anywhere else for the health and wellness of your children.

Worst doctor I have ever worked with. I have seen and worked with many specialists, she is unprofessional. Her diagnosis was incorrect and gave unnecessary treatment. Worst bedside manner I have seen doesn't take the patient as a whole and blames patients for their condition.

My baby was born early and Dr. Costakos has been right there with our other doctors to be sure she keeps her vision. Dr. Costakos is very caring and has been a real asset during these difficult first few months. THANK YOU.
