Dr. Judy Eunjoo Kim, MD

I went to see her for a second opinion. She was honest and thorough in her assessment and explanation to me and made me feel very confident with her knowledge and skills. I understand that she teachs other retina surgeons all over the country on how to operate better. She is a great retina surgeon who is highly skilled and I thank her for my eye sight everyday.

Dr. Kim is exceptionally skilled in her area and one of the country's top rated Drs in her area of expertise. There can be long waits sometimes, but I have found that to be normal when a Dr. is dealing with very high level and complicated issues. The billing is out of sight, not for her, but everything else and it is in disrepair for the Medical College in general. They send out many bills for one visit from different places and it is hard to keep up with what you owe. It is a mess. If you call them to ask what you owe, they cannot give you the whole amount until they go to many different screens and add them up on a piece of paper at their desk. It's insane. The assistants to Dr. Kim for procedures vary in quality from excellent to totally unacceptable. That she allows any of her assistants to be less than excellent is unequal to her excellent skills and hard to understand.
