I love Dr. Maddox, he is very patient and a great listener. I have recommended him to my family and coworkers and they love him as well.

I saw Dr. Maddox precisely at my appointment time. He quickly diagnosed my issue and clearly described the procedure I need.

Had surgery in Sept 25....regret it, but something had to be done.... haven't gotten back to where uv was before that surgery.... with this visit, doctor gave me a shot in the arm. It has helped with pain some....Maddox seems to know a thing or 2.....

Friendly People and Dr. Maddox is very Polite and Professional and he told me about his thoughts after his examination what needs to be done he is very Percise and I really feel he cares about helping my shoulder pain.

Team, we gotta make sure we are sharing locations with new patients. We showed up at the HSV location on time and was informed we needed to be at the Madison. Then we are told we could attend the Madison apt, upon arriving, we were then told the apt was cancelled. This is absolutely unacceptable from your admin staff. Unfortunately my son needs a MRI reading and evaluation and now you have put my family at a huge disadvantage…not good. How bout you give me a call and let’s work this out…sooner than later!
