Always a pleasure to go to Dr. Palwai office. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Not a very companionate Doctor or Staff. Terrible place...go elsewhere!! RUN!!!!!

I have probably seen a couple of dozen doctors over the last 10 years. Most related to other health issues that I have. No other doctor has been more effective as Dr. Palwai. My insurance coverage requires that I see Dr. Palwai with the injection of Remicade. He never rushes the visit even though it is the injection that I need. Always asks about my other health issues and when needed will recommend that I talk to my PCP or other specialists. One PCP even made the comment that "that was a good catch by Palwai". I think the world of him and his staff.

Is an eligible man when you can slow him down long enough to actually spend more than five minutes with you and making you seem like you’re rushed, because he has other things to take care of besides just you, I understand that physicians are busy, but when patients ask general questions about the diagnosis that you gave them and a prognosis of treatment that you gave them and they ask questions to go along with it and you told them that the diagnosis is what it is and that they should Google about it and read up on it, there is something wrong there. Most likely will not be returning to this position, I’ve been diagnosed with MS and multiple connective tissue disorder, and I have no idea why am on the medications that I’m on if they’re supposed to help me or anything else because my physician Has told me to read Google and find out about it myself. Extremely unacceptable acts like a complete jerk when you press him for questions and that he has no time for you and like you’re… inconveniencing him. Not acceptable at all.

Rude and condescending. Not sure why he is still practicing. Always in a bad mood and takes it out on the patients.

VERY RUDE. He cut me off mid-sentence more than once. He never put one single hand on me. NO EXAM. When I asked if my symptoms could be arthritis, he asked me to show him my hands, then answered 'NO' without ever touching me or doing any blood labs. As I was looking at my notes to ask more questions, he got up and started to walk out of the room. I found a new dr. who did blood work & turns out, I indeed have arthritis - a genetic form that is VERY RARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
