I hardly write a review about any doctor. But Dr. Puntambekar has been someone I can rely on as far as medical and personal support. She has done hardly any testing, never has any answers for me, and the front desk staff is TERRIBLE. Beyond atrocious. I literally have never seen such a horrid front desk staff in a medical office, and let me tell you I have more specialists than my grandmother for my issues. Unbelievable. I wish I could give no stars. Straight trash.

During my first appointment Dr kept nodding as I was talking and could never give any answer to my questions. The wait for tests are months leaving you in the dark. And she told me she would call in my prescription and never did so I had to call multiple times to tell her office my pharmacy still hasn’t received anything. Thank god I wasn’t completely out of my medication because that is unacceptable with an epileptic patient.

She is very nice doctor and her staff and nurses are very good to attend a patient.they are helpful,polite and reliable.This is the first office I have seen with good behavior and helpful staff.
