Dr. Rachel Lee Dunagin, MD

Dr. Dunagin is a caring, professional, personable, straight-forward doctor. She sees our entire family. Couldn't be happier with her. She has gone above and beyond more than once to illustrate her commitment to us, as patients...even staying late on a Friday when one of us had the flu so that we didn't have to head into the weekend without medicine.

I was in a car accident on my way to the appointment and still came even after such a traumatic experience. Obviously, I arrived to the appointment 20 minutes late after going through all that and the physician refused to see me or even speak to me. Instead, she made the girl at the front desk pass messages for her. Such a lack of human compassion! The one star is for the girl at the front desk who was feeling bad for me and was trying to help.

Incredibly thorough and thoughtful while being prompt. I would highly recommend Dr. Dungain for anyone looking for a primary care physician. I also love the Plano office. The staff is always nice and very professional. The patient portal is excellent and allows me to communicate with her directly. Also she has amazing PA's who are always there to help if she is out on vacation or sick. She does work with some of the very best doctors in the area. Both Dr. Hammack and Dr. Tirandaz who are in the same office are excellent and award winning. I am glad I found a good female general physician.

Dr. Dunagin listens and cares for me, the patient. She takes time to provide information in easy to understand terms. I'm fortunate she is my PCP. The staff and lab are great to work with as well.

I liked her on the first visit ,thorough, but the next visit I got lectured and felt she was just wanting to push drugs, no matter what the side effects were...so I am not sure she is the right doctor for me.

Love the new office in Plano! She really cares and is smart. The office is upscale, clean and the staff and nurses are so nice. Also they have a portal and you can e-mail her directly which I love. They do in house labs with an amazing and quick turn around.

Dr Dunagin was thorough and took the time to listen which was meaningful in itself. And advised. She is a good primary care doctor. I would recommend her.
