Dr. Radhika Maddali, MD

The receptionist is very rude and has always been every time I have been there. This is a shame for Dr. Maddali because it will deter people from going there. The receptionist had an attitude every time I call to make an appointment, hangs up the phone without saying "bye" EVERYTIME, and complains loudly about other staff so everyone in the waiting room can hear. Very ghetto attitude.

The staff is unprofessional, yelling at you from behind the counter and rude on the phone and when I asked because they were rude to me if i should go elsewhere, they lied and told Dr. MADDALI, I said, she was a problem. She responded by telling me I could go elsewhere and I told her no but she continue to say they were her staff. So I asked if it was okay for her staff to be rude. I tried to explain, which anyone with a brain should know, just because they are nice to her doesn't mean I'm being treated the same. These, older black females should know how to be professional to everyone. I walked out and won't be back. They lied just to puss Dr. MADDALI off and their scheme worked. Not the first time I noticed the unprofessional behavior but learned a good lesson. The customer is wrong when dealing with petty, evil people who eat behind the counter and get fatter, and who are too lazy to stand up to call you to the window. Never seen this in any doctor's office. Customer service doesn't… matter these days I see. And I thought it was tacky for them to be listening too, you could tell they've done this before, ghetto!!!! Thanks for the ghetto service!!!
