A Duke University graduate, Dr. Aronson is originally from Boston. He completed medical school at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University and a residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Aronson joined Guilford Medical Associates in 1990 and has served as a medical director of the Diabetes Treatment Center and Wesley long Nursing Center. He is currently a medical director for Choice Health Management Services, the second largest provider of long term care in North Carolina, and was instrumental in bringing the Blumenthal Jewish Nursing and Rehab Center to Greensboro. Additionally, he is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist. Dr. Aronson is married and has three children. He is a strong supporter of youth soccer in Greensboro, having coached soccer teams for 12 years.
