Best doctor I have!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kroop

Ive been to Dr Kroop two times and both times Ive found him to be impersonal and unfriendly. He is takes lots of tests which is good but he doesnt make the time to tell you what the tests said. I tryed for 3 weeks to find out how I did on the tests, I left 6 messages and still no call from him. He is kind of crabby and when he gave me anti biotics for one flue I had it made me feel sick to my stomage and then he actually said. "well I dont know what to do now" I told him "well give me another anti biotic" I should have added for him to not charge me for the visit too. He is really a terrible dr im my estimation. Time to retire Dr.

Mis diagnosed, eagertoprescibe xanax, officestaff does not return calls or followup for prescription refills.

I have been going to Dr Kroop since 2002 and I have referred him many times to others. I have a friend who is a nurse who worked with him at St Josephs Hospital. She said he is the best diagnostician she knows so I got an appointment with him. He spent 40 minutes in the room just listening to my health concerns and being so compassionate to them. I think he is great and so do my friends. I have never had a bad experience with him ever.

The wait time is ridiculous, his staff doesn't follow up or its his lack of giving his office staff the orders to implement for his patient. He never touches his patients, he diagnoses without touching the inflammed or hardened area being complained about.

Dr Kroop is the best Doctor I have every had!!

I have been a patient of his for over 25 years, he has consistently shown me why I keep going back to him....because doctors like him are hard to find. Great bedside manner, which is very important, and a genuine, caring man who listens and follows through and knows his craft. He does not hesitate to do what it takes to get me feeling my best.

I am an insulin dependent Diabetic, which is not his speciality, but he has taken great measures in making sure my Diabetes stays in control. I have brought to him more than your average running nose visits, and have even had him scatching his head, but it never fails that he finds out what the problem is and fixes it! I, like some of his other patients, hope I die before he retires. I do not want to see another Dr. again for any illness I develope.
