This "dermatologist" misdiagnosed my husband back in 2007, which from that point on My husband's Naval career suffered. I would run the other direction before seeing this man!

Dr Butler is proud that he keeps his office vistits to 15 min. His exam was superficial. He wasn't interested in my history. His advice and prescription were basic one size fits all. When I questioned him, he grew irritable and told me he had another patient waiting and I could take the prescription or not but he needed to go to the next appointment. The whole visit made me feel unimportant and discouraged.

I saw this dr in 2017. His exam felt very superficial and and his prescriptions were standard for a first time visit. Since I had been seen several times by different drs, I was hoping he would put more thought into my case. When I tried to tell him this, he became irritated. He told me if I wanted the prescriptions he would write them for me, but he needed to move on to his next case. His nurse told me that Dr Butler likes to stick to his 15 min per patient schedule.

Excellent experience.

The doctor spent more time talking to his staff about his new house than communicating with me, the patient. Explanation of the procedure was incomplete and misleading to me. Alternatives were not discussed that might have had me seek another physician. The staff was fine.
