Dr. Roxana Ursea, MD

How can she claim 37 years of experience when she graduated from medical school at UC San Diego in 2005? This woman is totally incompetent. At the VA PHOENIX she replaced a cataract lens in my L eye with a defective lens. The next day I was totally blind. She attempted to cover her self by surreptitiously trying to arrange an appointment with a opthalmic surgeon friend of hers outside the VA to cover her self. This she was trying to do against VA protocol! When the head ophthalmic surgeon, Dr. Ralph Lim heard of my problem the next day he was very angry and immediately replaced the lens. When I queried him about shouldn’t she have known it was a defective lens by looking at it, he disgustedly shook his head and said “yes!” Two + years later I still have problems with my left eye, a floater, pain, constant watering. Being nice doesn’t make up for total incompetence. I would never have Dr.Ursea touch my eyes again!

Clone this Doctor, a few million times, I could on for a week or more and still not praise God enough her crossing my life's path. Generally I don't share a great deal about most Doctors, BUT this has to be said of DR ROXANA URSEA, She raises miles above others in her FIELDS, many miles, devoted to her profession, staff and clients, she has no equal. Firmly believe she sets the bar higher every single day she wakes up. Yes, I'm gushing, but I swear the my command of our language or lack of it, makes it impossible to praise this incredible person.
