Awful experience...DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. The staff was very rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. We had a scheduled appointment to see a specialist to find out what is going on with my child. They took our co-pay and then decided to tell us that my son could not be seen because he did not have a diagnosis. Maybe it is just me but isn't that why you go to a specialist, when you primary care doctor does not know what is going on? We were told we could not see the dr, had the door slammed in our face and we I called back to find out about getting my refund for my co-pay I was hung up. RN and office staff needs to be FIRED. I can't speak to the doctor but if he tolerates this behavior from his staff he must not be any better.

This Dr. is dangerous he doesn't listen and he only wants to prescribe Synthroid Synthroid and Synthroid, He doesn’t even deserve 0 stars this is for you so called Dr. there are so many Honest Drs. out there who works for the benefit of there patients not for Synthroid.

I wish there is less than 1 star, this Dr. Dose not lessons and only wants to prescribe Synthroid Synthroid and only Synthroid.

HE IS A RACIST EVENTHOUGH HE IS OBVIOUSLY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY! HIS BED SIDE MANNER IS HORRIBLE AND HE LACKS COMPASSION.

I started off the New Year needing to find a doctor who would work with me and my thyroid and that is exactly what I did. I saw Dr. Roy Langley for the first time today and was truly impressed with not only his knowledge and expertise, but, with his kindness and very gentle bedside manner. I find Dr. Langley to be very professional, yet at the same time he will joke and laugh right along with you making the appointment very relaxed. I am super excited to have finally find a doctor who is willing to listen to me and what I would like to do, but, will also let me know what is the best thing to do for me and my health. And as for Dr. Langley's staff, the ones that I had contact with starting from making my appointment, to checking in, to weighing in, having blood work done and checking out were very sweet, kind, professional and so willing to help me with any questions I might have had! Dr. Langley and his staff get 10 thumbs up from me!!!

I have been going to Dr. Langley for a while now and only recently missed my appointment by 30 minutes. I called to ask if they could rescheduled my appointment and got a whole lecture on how I need to pay the $50 fee for no show. And when I asked to speak to the office manager she wouldn't let me get a word in. I tried to tell her that I got the appointment reminder but didn't get around to hearing it till the night before the appointment. By then it was too late and I couldn't cancel the appointment. As a result I did not confirm or cancel the appointment but was automatically assessed a no show fee. Personally I don't have a problem paying the fee, but I had expected the staff to at least hear what I had to say. The office manager was very rude and she started yelling at me telling me how their system works and then she hung up on me. All I can say, is don't ever miss your appointment because you'll have to deal with his rude staff. As a result of this horrible experience I… am now going to a different doctor with a more courteous staff.

First of all I was lucky enough to find him, he was the one who diagnosed my thyroid cancer, my previous endo didn't. He cares about you, calls the patient when needed, listens to your story and tries to find a solution for you not just saying general things. I like and trust him.

A very knowledgeable Dr. he excudes confidence in his profession. He is a throwback in the best sense of the word he performs medicine as an art as it should be. He does not jump to conclusions he takes his time and he asks questions not enter your words into a computer and wait for the results. If you are fortunate enough to see Dr. Langley you will be extremely impressed and satisfied AS I was. His staff is a joy to work with and very professional and caring.
