Steer clear. Terrible experience

I first brought my 5 year old daughter to Dr. Reyes almost two years ago. I was desperate to find out why my child was so ill and always suffering from some form of allergy and had pretty much given up on her previous allergist who did nothing for her, so much that he refused to sign an emergency action plan for her school to administer the EpiPen HE prescribed without me paying him a $40 copayment to do so. Our experience with Dr. Reyes has been nothing but pleasant and encouraging. She gave us hope that our daughter will be okay and quickly diagnosed the sources of her illnesses/allergies. My daughter LOVES Dr. Reyes. She returns phone calls personally and never seems to be in a hurry to send us in our way. I sometimes feel guilty about how much time she devotes to helping our daughter. For the first time in years I look at my little one and she looks happy and healthy and is doing well.

My 4 yr old son was seen by Dr. Ruby Reyes and it was a horrible visit. My son came in covered in rash from head to toe and because he had a slight fever she indicated that she couldnt do anything for him and told my husband to bring him back in a week. The visit was exactly 3 minutes and instead of recommending my son with some kind of over the counter relief or maybe a cream to help him with the pain she sent him home in the worse condition then he came in. Why she calls herself a Pediatriacian Allergiest when she did nothing to help my son. On top of that I had to go back to my pediatrician doctor to see what he can do to help him. Two weeks later I received over $100 bill for the services that she never provided. FOR ALL PARENTS: PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO SEE THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
