I had a cataract removed today, had to be there very early, I have never felt more comfortable, the staff was amazing, very professional, very cordial, very attentive, I would recommend the doctor, and this facility to everyone, very thorough very clean facility,

Wait for a few months after your Cataract eye surgery before giving 5 star reviews. After Cataract surgery a few months ago I developed a floater in my right eye. A couple weeks ago I developed a floater in my left eye. Post eye surgery I now have constant eye floaters where it seems like there is something in my perifial. So unbearably irritating. This will probably be the rest of my future. Black dots appearing every where I look. Beware this is a possibility.

I had cataract and lens replacement surgery 5 months ago. I had lights flashing on the sides of my eyes and terrible starbursts. They want to replace the lens but I have to pay for it again even though they chose the lens. I would not replace them for lens replacement!

Just had my lasik and the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful the facility was clean and neat doctor here take the time to answer all question and concerns.

Dr Conley did my cataract surgery. He is wonderful. Great bedside manner. Surgery was a breeze. Highly recommend

I’m very disappointed with Triad Eye Institute in McAlester, OK. They made me and my husband believe the laser cataract surgery would correct my astigmatism and nearsightedness yet they never went into details about my astigmatism or didn’t mention Toric lenses for astigmatism correction. When we asked what the difference was between regular cataract surgery vs laser cataract surgery we were told the laser surgery would create a smaller scar and would correct my astigmatism. I had my 1st surgery on 2/6/24 and the 2nd surgery on 2/13/24 and my vision is still very blurry in both eyes. I can no longer see how to drive at night and struggle to work because my vision in both eyes is still very blurred. My eye dr recently told me my eyes probably won’t get better because I have a bad astigmatism in both eyes yet Triad Institute in McAlester never told me my vision would get worse after surgery. I feel they should refund the $1275 dollars per eye that I paid for them to remove my cataracts… and put implanted lenses in my eyes since they never discussed my astigmatism with me. It looks like I will now have to spend more money to purchase glasses to see clearly but can’t get glasses for one month so I’m stuck with blurry vision for a while which is very debilitating and stressful. I would never recommend Triad Eye Institute to any one. I feel they should reimburse me my $2500. Please think twice before doing cataract surgery here. I’m very sad and disappointed this terrible situation has happened to me and don’t want it to happen to anyone else. Nothing against Dr Conley but the other Optometrist gave us incorrect information prior to surgery and it cost me a lot of money and now have very blurry vision due to astigmatism not corrected with the lens they put in my eyes for my cataract surgery ??.

Excellent surgeon. He removed my cataracts and corrected my astigmatism. 24 hrs after the surgery I had 20/20 vision. 1 week after the surgery I had 20/15 + vision. I’m 65 and have not had that good of vision since I was 35.

I was refereed by my optometrist to Ryan Conley because he billed himself as a cornea specialist. My entire eyeball was bright red .... inflamed .... and discharging a whitish substance. Very painful. Dr Conley diagnosed it as Dry Eye even though the optometrist saw a spot on the cornea. I saw him twice. Both times same diagnosis . No help. A friend helped me search the web because the condition was affecting my vision. We searched for a doctor that could help dry eye since that was the only lead he gave me. We found a dry eye specialist in Fayetteville, AR. I was given an appointment the next day. The doctor took on look at my eye and said yes I have dry eye and he'll treat that but first he had to treat the CORNEA ULCER that he said was in plain sight. It took about 8 days to heal the cornea ulcer. I credit Dr. Shaver and the Eye Center for saving my eye. Would I recomment Conley? My recommendation is a NO.
